I can't say enough about Brian. We were first-time buyers in NYC, and had a very complicated co-op purchase. Brian was there holding our hands through the process. Brian is really an advocate for the buyer, and he was the only one really helping us deal with the lawyers and other parties that were complicating matters. He is extremely responsive by phone and email, and his turn-around time on processing paperwork kept it on the desks of other parties in the deal. His assistant was also on top of all of our paperwork. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious buyer and looking to work with a serious person who doesn't play games.

We used Brian during the purchase of our co-op in Manhattan. Brian is unbelievable -- extremely trustworthy, competent, fast. And he got us an unbelievable rate, better than anyone else we spoke to. Brian was the one person in the entire purchase process that we could truly trust. He helped us navigate the space, and move the process forward smoothly, acting as a liaison between us and brokers, lawyers, and co-op boards. He is also extremely responsive. He was the only person in our process who would actually check in with us to see if we needed any additional help to move the process forward. We cannot say enough good things about Brian. Brian Scott is extremely efficient, knowledgeable about mortgages, thorough, has excellent customer support and communication skills. All members of his team were always on the same page; he always answered inquiries promptly by email. We just bought our first home, and he was very patient with us and all of our questions.
