Awful experience!!! I gave it a star only because this site makes you give a star. The worst...Wanted to get some body work done on my car. Talked to one of the mechanics and got an estimate. Was going away for a vacation so I thought it would be perfect time, as I wouldn't need the car. The gentleman said "Great!" "I'll even clean the inside so it'll look like new!".
8 DAYS LATER i return to find the car HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED/NOT EVEN STARTED!! Also wasted several hours on the phone, back and forth,with the switchboard/answering service and various others, just to find out what was going on with the car and make arrangements to get the car back because I couldn't leave it there any longer. The employee told me "I don't know why he promised it would be done. We have others and it can't go in until next week". Nice way to run a business...If you can't do the work, be honest and don't waste people's time. Needless to say, my car is being fixed elsewhere.
