My dad purchased a bike here in early 2010, & it was the worse mistake he could have made. The sales man who calls himself Brian made it out like this bike was all peaches & cream. The sale went thru & little did we know what my dad would soon find out. The bike's speedomoter did not work, the oil leaked, the seat was not even screwed on right. The bike had to be jump started everytime to get it to run along with other problems which would of made it so it did not pass inspection. I guess since there were the ones that inspected it that swhy "it passed". So now it has been a huge mess along with a lawsuit against them. He brought the bike back there the next day & they would not refund him his money. So he left the bike there, gave them the title & unfortunatly until its settled is paying on a bike he does not even have. Ugh just save yourself & never ever buy anything from here.

i went into cycle world on 5/19/10 i went to see about purchasing a scooter for my husband. we was told that the scooter would cost us 1800.00 plus tax and tags . we put down 1200.00 on the scooter thinking that this would make it a quick pay off an boost our credit score. when we got to signing the paper work thats when we found about all these extra fees, that we as being a ist time bike purchaser was not aware of . The fees i am talking about are freight which was 595.00 and set up 325.00 . with all these fee adding almost another 1000.00 and dont forget taxes and mva charges and of course the bank has to get theres so now a 1800.00 bike went to us paying 3,214.00 plus interest. . I am not a happy camper. and then to top all that off they didnt even show us how to use the bike ,we didnt even know how to open the trunk on the bike. i had to call another cycle world to get that information. so see it was like well we got your money figure the bike out by yourself. thats how we felt . my suggestion to the man who sold us this bike is to dont assume everyone knows what fees a motorcycle or a scooter has .and dont wait until the paper is signed to tell them. and as far as the customer service goes please dont let another person leave there feeing like, all you wanted was the money now you can figure out the bike on your own .. thank you signed a not so happy customer.........................

This store has a less than customer service oriented return policy. I bought a leather jacket but wanted to return it because it was a tight fit while riding. When I tried to return it, even though I had the receipt showing I had purchased it the previous day I was harassed becasuse I was not returning the jacket in the same condition in which they sold it to me. Unsure what that meant I asked for some clarification, and the clerk's explanation was that "the price tag had been removed." After some back and forth they eventually capitulated and agreed to take it back only in exchange for a larger size, fortunately for me they did not have one my size left and I was able to get my money back. Bottom line, though I think their prices are fair, pls be sure to ask what their return policy is before buying any apparel there.
