Route Logic

My clinic started a patient transport program and created an account with .Route Logic Only to find out after receiving the first bill that they do not accept credit cards and have NO patience with the coporate check cutting process. Even though our clinic is run through an extremely well-known and respected company Route Logic would continuously freeze our account because the checks would take too long to arrive. Dispite numerous efforts to work out another method of payment or billing they refused. VERY frustrating!

These people should be working at farms to deal with animals not with people. They left me stranded in the middle of the road everytime I called to check on my car they would insult me and give me another lie. Be aware with who you book your ride to the airport, I missed my plane and get stranded again at the airport trying to catch another plane. Is that how you do business?

I was driving home with my 10 year old son in the car. A cab from this company was driving like a total maniac putting others at harm. He honked at me repeatdly when I slowed down to stop at a stop sign, in which another car was stopped at in front of me. The entire time he held down his horn, I proceeded to stop at my turn. He kept on honking. As I began to move forward after my stop, he blew the stop sign, went in in the lane of on coming traffic to pass me up. A few blocks North, he had to slow down and stop because another cab was making a left turn. As he was stopped behind that cab, I signaled and moved to the right lane to pass them up. As I was just about to begin to pass where he was, he jerked the van right in front of me. He almost crashed into my car. He was just about a foot away from hitting me.



I called the company to complain, and they claimed they were BUSY and referred me to leave a message. How important it is for them to look out for customers requesting a cab. While this maniac driver is jeopordizing citizens on the streets.



I will never use this company, and would NOT refer anyone to use this company

I paid the driver in full, who made my party feel guility that we had to take him away from a family party because it Your Car told him last minute even though I reserved the car months and months beforhand, in FULL and he agreed he was paid in FULL with a big tip. Then the following month my credit card was charged $100 and when I called they said I didn't pay in full. After they "looked into it" they discovered I had indeed paid in full and the driver "made a mistake." I was fine about it until, now 5 months later, I still haven't gotten my $100 back and they aren't returning my phone calls. I'm giving them one last time to return my call and I'm reporting them to the BBB. They are cheaper than other taxi services for a reason. Oh, I almost forgot. John Bradshaw is his name!
