LA Fitness

When it comes to gyms La Fitness isn't bad . I've been to a few locations and this one is nice . The showers and bathrooms are clean which is a plus. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they don't have a running track and there's not enough equipment to accommodate the amount of members they have. I found myself waiting on people to finish so, that I can use the equipment. This sometimes causes me to have to change what I'm working on that day. Outside of that it's a pretty ok gym. They open at 5am so, it may be better around that time since not as many people will be in the gym. I do like where this location is at because it surrounded by everything. You can workout then go shopping or grab something to . There's even a movie theatre out there. They offer a free trial so, sign up and check it out for yourself .

The traininger services at the Brookhaven location are a joke! DO NOT sign up for anything wtih a contract, you will not be able to get a dedicated trainer who is invested in your success. Its basically a crap shoot. I had to pay 500 to get out of the contract and never received consistent services. This is the typical bait and switch. Trust me - pay more and get a reliable qualified trainer that can be invovled in your fitness goals.
