Terrible customer service experience! Going to the store and working with sales consultant was great. However, then the bedroom furniture came and our dresser looked like it had glue coming out of the moulding and it was crooked. They had someone come out to look at it who said he was surprised they even delivered it in its condition and they would need to order a new top and would call me. I never heard anything for weeks until I called them and then was told how the part was on its way. That was end of October.

Hoping to have it fixed before the holidays I called again in early December and was told they sent the wrong part and were waiting on the correct one and would call me. I heard nothing and also called my salesperson, she tried, but I still received the same answer. January, yes January, the part was finally in, but they needed to take our dresser to fix it. We were out of town and there had been a dusting of snow--the repair men came without booties or anything for the carpet of our new house. After asking if they had, I was told, "well you should have shoveled 3 days ago." I was in shock. After they left we immediately called the manager at the store, who did not believe that he said that to me, until he admitted it--way to trust and believe the customer.... Apparently manager had no idea of the situation and apologized for the delay--you really don't know when it takes 4 months to get correct furniture delivered?

Not only did we wait 4-6 weeks to get the furniture, but then had to wait another 8-10 to have it fixed. Totally not worth the money or the hassle and the disrespect. We have a whole house to furnish and will not be going back there. Received much better service from Steinhafels!! I thought with Thomasville you were paying for quality of product and service, not so much!
