Horrible management! My mom rented with them for 15+ years. Not once did they fix or replace ANYTHING. She always paid her rent on time, was quiet, didn’t complain. She recently passed away. Just received an EXORBITANT “bill” for cleaning and repairs. Things that should have been fixed/replaced while she was still alive and living there!! Calling my lawyer ASAP!

I would give them a 0 if I could, absolute worst company to ever rent through, they do things when they want and that's usually never, we hate this place and we hate the landlords and management, they are terrible people who only care about money, they are late to cash checks which throws off accounts, after they lie and say it'll be taken out a certain time, oh no they'll do it a month later when your next months rent comes out, they never fix anything, nothing was even done when we moved in, empty promises after empty promises, we even had to get a lawyer involved. F THIS COMPANY. NEVER I mean never rent through there

Bugs, absentee on site manager (who of course doesn't live on site and shows up if and when se pleases). Snotty office staff, virtually no maintenance and unfair rental practices. I am one person with not pets but am paying $100 more each month than my neighbor who has a teen granddaughter, granddaughter's boyfriend and a dog for an apartment identical. too bad the ratings don't include a -1. We call the complex the Sh_T Pit.

VERY unfair practices.. it was okay for one tenant to move in her daughter and four children.. and her fiance. in a one bedroom apartment She has a psychological background (not a good one) and she complains about everyone else... Premier needs to get their heads out of their bottoms!

I was a single person living alone in a two bedroom apt. in Beaver Dam. Non smoker, no pets, no damage, cleaned the apt. and garage. My apt. flooded twice last winter, in Feb and March of 2013. Long story short, spent lots of time and effort protecting their investment. Documented everything, asked for rent credit, had to beg and received $100.00. And a rent increase! At the same time, they offered a rent credit of $500.00 for anyone that referred a new renter. That's the thanks I got for renting for four years! I moved out.

Never,ever rent from this horrible, unethical company!!!! We live at Mountainside Estates in Wausau, WI. This is a dangerous place to live if you have children.....however Premier could care less. Please, please, please take this place and this company off your rental list!

I have read the other reviews on here and not sure who is in charge of there complex maybe a issue there. I just moved in jan 2012 to east towne esates. No empty promises yes i moved in with some stuff broken and some issues. everyting has been taken care of like they said. Any time i have a issue my apartment manager is right on top of it. Very bright big apartments very nice and clean. Anyone i know comes over and says wow when they see how nice and the value that you get here and wants to also move here. I guess take a reviews for what they are and there is 2 sides to every story. No issues here i would give premier a 5 any day

I rented an apartment in August of 10 and a friend of mine rented one across the hall from me a few weeks later. When we moved in, the apartments looked nice, aside from some cleaning that needed to be done. Since moving in, it has been one problem after another.



In my apartment, there hasn't been a lot of major problems. it has mostly been things like the screen door not working right, a special lightbulb that needed to be replaced, and a closet door that didn't shut right. All of these things that should have taken an hour max to fix, took months. I needed help with my smoke detector not working properly and that took about a month. My key didn't work for the locks in my door and that took another month. the worst problem that I had was about a week ago when the handle to my shower faucet broke off. With the water still running. I called my property manager and his phone was off. The company was closed because it was a Sunday. And the emergency number in my lease has been disconnected. the water ran for over 4 hours before I was finally able to get a hold of someone. By this time, there had been so much water leaking through the wall that my downstairs neighbor's bathroom had flooded.



These problems are nothing compared to what my friend had to deal with. A couple of weeks after they moved in, it rained. That is when they realized that their ceiling leaked badly. There was a lot of mold on the walls, ceiling, and now on their clothes. they were promised that it would be taken care of right away and that some of their rent would be knocked off. It took 6 months, and they are still waiting for their rent to be taken off. this is added to all of the same minor problems that I have experienced. They are constantly promised that this, that, or the other thing will be fixed and it either never is or it takes months. They just found out that what has been causing their doctor to think their 2 year old daughter has scabbies is actually bedbugs and even though the exterminator told our property manager that he needs to have the rest of the building inspected, especially the apartments adjacent to theirs, no one else in the building is even aware that this has happened. A few months ago, one of our neighbors had some sort of chemical lab, most likely a math lab, in their apartment and no one was made aware of it. I found out when I went to leave and there were officers in gas masks telling me that it wasn't safe for me or my son to be there.



I have talked to a few of the other tennents who have lived here for awhile, and they said that out of the 4 or 5 past managers over the past few years, this has been the best one. I would have hated to see the worst one. My friend and I have already decided that we are moving out as soon as we can. I don not recommend renting from this company. Anywhere. The higher ups like to send you around to different people whenever you have a problem. They give you the wrong number and basically tell you it's not their problem. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

You know, I've been renting apartments and townhomes for over a decade and I thought I had seen it all. Not even close! At first everything seemed fine when we moved in, except for the empty promises to get everything fixed in the apartment. Over a year later and we are still living with broken blinds, a ticking fridge, dishwasher that leaks, and stove that doesn't function correctly. Three words for that...awesome job Premier!



On to the next, or should I say the legal side of things they are neglecting. We have been waiting for our copy of the lease for quite some time, and when we received it in the mail it was clearly doctored. We signed the lease to expire the 1st day of July 2011 which is critical based on our job transfer and moving, but the copy we received was marked after we signed it for a month later. We have NEVER been even a day late on rent, and all corporate Premier Real Estate Management had to say when we called was "Good luck trying to prove it". Are you kidding me? We were simply pointing it out and immediately she gets defensive and threatening. Once again, very professional Premier Real Estate Management!



And another element to be cautious of. We have had 2 (count them, 2) property managers appointed by Premier Real Estate Management say that the garage rental is month to month and we could cancel at anytime. With that in mind, we rented a trailer ($200 later) and cleared out our garage to make our move up north. Low and behold, Premier Real Estate Management comes through again! They say we are locked into the garage until our lease is up. Awesome job Premier Real Estate Management.
