Well where do I begin. I had a sales representative come to my furniture store here in Van Nuys, CA. He promised that through his services, we would be able to get 8 out of 10 customers approved for financing. He also told me that I needed to purchase a machine that processes checks, which is needed to qualify my customers. The sales rep. told us that the cost of his service would be low and the amount of money we would THEN be making, because of his service, would offset the price I would initially be paying. He also promised that if we were displeased with the service, we had the option of cancelling and switching to a different company. We were not offering financing at the time, John, the sales representative, came to our store, so we decided to give it a shot. This was HUGE MISTAKE. I could now confidently say that John deliberately lied and omitted certain information necessary to make a better decision. He was simply in it for the commission and nothing else. Everything he said was inaccurate, or flat out false. He changed his initial prices on everything and came back with quotes higher than ever expected. He also forgot to mention that the price of the machine needed was $4,500 which is also non-refundable. A complete and total RIP OFF. He had no idea what he was doing and made it impossible for us to be quickly trained on how to use his product. It took about another month and half to actually train us in using the machine. Only 1 out of every 15 customers that applied were actually approved. During our time of service with them, only ONE customer was actually approved and used the financing. And as if this wasn't enough, we called the President of Platinum ONE LLC, James, 6 months into the service, to try and cancel. He told me that he needed to check how many of our customers attempted to be approved for financing, and then call me back. He called me back 2 months later, saying that I am now "out" of my transfer window and there is nothing he can do. I proceed to call John, only to find that he no longer works for the company. He told me that the only way he would be able to help is if I pay him $500 commission fee. I was in utter shock and to be honest, completely disgusted with this crooked business.



Since James was unable to help and avoided all my calls, I decided to hire a lawyer. I no longer do business with this company and I am stuck with this $4500 machine that I'M STILL PAYING FOR.



They are liars, thieves, and will slowly screw you while you're paying them to do so.
