Rejuva Skin and Laser Spa

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I was sent an email indicating I had won a $500 gift card. I made an appointment and let the girl on the phone know that I had a $500 credit on my account, which she confirmed and then took my appointment.



I went for the service, and then afterward, I was told that the $500 could not be applied to that particular service. I understand why they would want to allow if for some but not others, but no where on the email indicating I had won or sweepstakes details or even when I called, was it noted that there were some services that did not apply.



So here I am being asked to pay nearly $600. I asked to speak to someone about it and they said the only person with authority to discuss it further would be the Dr. Koffler who cannot be reached directly. They said that he would call me. It has now been 2 months and after numerous calls, messages, emails, I have still not successfully been able to speak to the doctor. It is a very poor and unprofessional way to run a business. I think it is absolutely unacceptable that I have not been given the courtesy of a discussion with someone of authority about the situation.



Aside from that, the last time I went the person who was going to be performing the service was nearly 20 minutes late. Wasn't even at the salon yet when I arrived. I have children that need to be picked up from school so this was not appreciated. The quality of the service itself was mediocre at best.



I would not recommend.
