My Home Tile Kitchen & Bath

I am a disabled veteran, served in many different countries and conflicts and I have never used a business as disgusting as this one. I ordered a complete kitchen from My Home in May of 2019 and they asked for a 10% deposit to order the cabinets. My entire order was 10,606.36 and I paid them $5,000 to get started. About three weeks later I had to reach out to find out the status of my order and I was given the run around. Weeks later I finally received my kitchen cabinets but to my surprise there were more cabinets than I requested for the kitchen. they ordered too many cabinets and also a side panel that I did not request. I had the cabinets installed and then the waiting began once more for the counter top. Months went by and I called so many times that I decided to cancel the order because it was now September and my kitchen was apart since may 6th. I was sent to finally pick a slab for the counter at MSI on long Island because the Alaskan White that I initially chose was out of stock. On September 17th the installers showed up to finish the job and while installing I received a phone call from the company that was doing the installation that was subcontracted by My Home Kitchen & Bath asking for an additional $290. The invoice I received from My Home Kitchen and Bath was paid in full and the agreement did not change. After the job was finished the company that installed the counter top forcefully entered my home and ripped out some of the countertop and used a grinder to cut the rest that was left. Now I am out $10,606.36 and still have to find a reputable company to now fix my kitchen. Do not do business with this company if you want honorable people to work with. I wasted 5 months and still no kitchen and now have to take this company to court to recoup my money.

I am writing to let you know how well pleased we are with our new kitchen. There are certain people who deserve to be recognized for their talent, technology , knowledge to details and completion of the job. Cem, has all these attributes and was an invaluable asset to us throughout our entire kitchen project.
He made sure all our objectives were met, gave us input to many additional designs and made sure we were happy with the cabinets we choose. He showed us all the designs on the computer and took great pains in making sure that every questions or suggestions we had and made this wonderful experience. Because of Cem`s hard work, we did not experience any problems, delays or difficulties.
We thought you should know Cem has done an exemplary job and is a good representative of your My Home Bronx store. We will gladly recommend Cem to our friends and family for all their kitchen and bath projects.

I dealt with an employee named Josh and also someone named Jim. I got a contract for cabinets and granite. I was promised in my contract that items not up to par would be repaired or replaced. It has been a year and i am still waiting for my kitchen to be repaired by these low lives. They sent over an asian male to measure for my granite and when my granite. The day my granite was to be installed they brought into my house this huge machine used to cut granite and set it on my marble floors cracking my new floors. Their contracts states they are not responsible for floors but yet they also say the granite is cut prior to delivery not in the customer's kitchen! They began to install and pushed the granite into my chimney wall (picture uploaded) causing the wall to crack and now i can hear it crumbling on the inside. That granite slab also left a wide gap between the wall and the cabinets and when i complained they dared to tell me, "just fill it with silicon" Then they placed the other piece of granite and instead of properly cutting the granite they cut my window molding and went through my window frame causing that wall to also crack! The 3rd slab on granite they placed was also cut incorrectly and now i have a gap, they put so much silicon to glue it down that it oozed down my walls and looks disgusting. I called, emailed, etc., to get a solution and Jim always pretended not to know there was anything wrong with my kitchen. Then I tried Josh who was always "out" and ignored my calls but through emails he promised to take care of it and replace, then i get another email saying they cant replace they can only repair. I explained to him that repairing was not possible because that would mean cutting the granite down more than an inch and that would leave my cabinet tops uncovered. Then they said they couldnt do anything but try to cover it up with silicon! They use the cheapest granite installers available and take a cut of the money, and when i informed them that the granite people they sent over knew nothing about granite they didnt care! On the cabinets that i ordered, i was promised the work would be done that same day cause i have a small kitchen, but as expected the professionals in the store messed up my order the cabinet install guy had to go to new jersey to pick up my correct order and even when he returned i realized the store gave him the wrong hardware so what was suppose to be one day turned into 3 days. Thank you thieves for stealing my money! Josh, you insisted on having a review....well here it is!!!

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Please do yourself and your sanity a favor and stay as far away from this outfit as possible. 6500 dollars and 3 months later i still do not have a full kitchen and what i do have arrived damaged. I do have 12 - 30 minute trips to the Bronx to show for it. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else.

Awesome place to go, great experience with good customer service. We were helped by Goddard Hails and everything was done in a timely matter
