Better Rate Movers

I am livid with this whole moving situation. As a brand new graduate, I have been swindled at every step of this moving experience.

Unfortunately I am forced to pick a star, but they honestly deserve ZERO stars. Furthermore, DO NOT use Better Rate Movers. They are all LIARS, CHEATS, and THIEVES. THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS EXCEPT TO USE IT AS A PERSONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

This was my 4th time moving with the help of Better rate movers. Each time the company seemed better than the last time. I have experienced their growth first hand and I can honestly say that very soon they will become one of the elite moving companies who are hired by the celebrities. When I first hired them, they were using rented vans. Now they have a fleet of their own and the vans are shiny new. The movers have always been efficient. But they gained more experience over the years and it really comes in handy. They have never been late so far. The best this is that they still charge reasonable price for their amazing services.

Some moving companies employ really good movers but their customer service is just crap. The people they put on the phone have no idea about how any of it works. I have had terrible experiences with the moving companies when it came to contacting them or trying to track the whereabouts of my stuffs. These weren’t issues with Better rate movers. Their customer service was just awesome. The man on the phone, Tanner, was very well informed and very polite. He called me back in 4 minutes with an excellent quote. The men were as skilled as they come. They packed up everything and loaded them like routine work. I’m sure they have received very good training. When I tried tracking my things, the customer service surprised me again. The guy took only a minute to find out where my things were and I was very pleased with this. He called me as soon as my goods arrived. They were all in very good condition. I am very delighted with the services provided by Better rate movers, both on and off the field.

I have been relocating quite frequently for the last 6 years and I have always hired Better rate movers to handle the moves. I hired them last in October to move my belongings. They were great as usual. My crew leader was great at directing his men. All four movers worked very efficiently. They were done with my 2-bed apartment in just 45 minutes. I don’t even bother getting a quote from this company nowadays because they never overcharge me. In fact, on several occasions, they have undercharged me! I am sticking to Better rate movers for all my future moves.

This was our third time relocating and it hasn’t been without any stresses. The moving companies don’t make it any easier. But, for our last move we hired Better arte movers which changed all that. They quoted very reasonably to start with. Their men arrived right on time on the moving day. All four movers were very efficient and reliable. All our stuffs were packed and loaded onto the vans in just 3 hours. They made the delivery right on the scheduled date. I checked the inventory and everything traveled so well. This company made our move so hassle-free.

I have never seen movers this good in the past. I work in real estate so I have seen plenty of movers. But the guys from Better rate movers are in a league of their own. They arrived early on the moving day. They started packing all my belongings and I was stunned seeing skilled they were. They were extra careful with my breakables. The loading process went without any problems. They delivered on time and the 3rd floor walkup at my new apartment seemed no big deal to them. I am totally rooting for Better rate movers.

Better rate movers handled my move quite effortlessly. The best thing about them was their movers. They were punctual, efficient and friendly. I have had terrible experiences with movers in the past. But these guys really made me feel at ease. They packed everything so skillfully and then finished the loading process very quickly. The delivery was made on the same day and all my belongings traveled so well. They unpacked everything and put them in the right rooms. I’m very satisfied.

Two other moving companies quoted lower than them. But my sister was adamant that I hire Better rate movers. I wasn’t too sure but I hired them anyway. It really paid off in the end! These guys are the best of the bunch. Every mover was experienced and skilled. They packed all my belongings with great care in a very short time. I think their efficiency actually saved me money in the end. The delivery was very smooth. The men unpacked everything and put the boxes where they belonged. The final bill was very close to the initial estimate and they didn’t charge me extra for the packing materials.

I move back and forth between New York and Charlotte every couple of years. I have hired numerous moving companies to move my belongings but there were always some issues. I was never fully satisfied with any of them. 2 months ago, after my brother advised me, I hired Better rate movers. They charged just as high (or low) as any other leading moving company. I wasn’t sure what to expect but their performance bamboozled me. The movers arrived 5 minutes early, which never happens. They were very experienced and efficient, which is not always the case. They took 3 hours to pack up all my stuffs where other movers had taken up to 9 hours. I did a mental comparison in my head and realized that their men were saving me money while taking more care of my stuffs than other movers ever had. They made the delivery on time and there were no damages. I have finally found a capable moving company.

Better rate movers employs the best movers in this business. I know that many moving companies provide very capable movers. But what separates Better rate movers from the rest is their price. This was my second move with them after 4 years. They still charge somewhat of a same price as they used to four years ago. I don’t know how they manage to do it in this economy but kudos to them! All my valuables were safely and timely moved to my new house. They didn’t charge anything extra and I am a happy mover.

I’m still at awe given how fast and efficient the movers from Better rate movers were. I hired them to pack up everything from my 1400 sqft apartment and the finished the job in only an hour! They even arrived early on the moving day. It seemed too good to be true. The way they were packing everything and putting them into boxes, it was hypnotic. Then they loaded everything and set off. The movers were not only but quick but also very efficient. I got the proof when I received all my valuables in pristine condition. Given the pace the movers worked with, I’m convinced that I saved tons of money.

WARNING.....First off my price went up of course .I had items stolen valuing 900 dollars and a 3000.00 dollar couch completely destroyed the frame cracked leather torn...was less than a year old..I submitted a claim and was offered 96.00 dollars as compensation. This company is a scam .They have changed their name once already.Have complaints from customers to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ...use anyone but these guys they really made my move a stressful and expensive affair...

All the credit goes to Better rate movers for being so efficient and reliable during my last move. I knew they were going to be good when I first called them and the man on the phone went out of his way to provide me a good quote. All four movers were very strong and energetic. They didn’t waste any time while packing. Their packing skills were fantastic and they utilized the packing materials properly. They delivered right on time. I took an inventory and everything was in great condition. I am very satisfied.

The only reason why I’m deducting 5 points is because when my stuffs arrived at Houston, TX from New York, NY, one set of dinner glasses were found broken. Now, that’s all the bad news. Better rate movers is like a friend in need. I frequently relocate and I always rely on them for taking proper care of my valuables. And they always come out on top. They have top notch storage facilities so if you want them to store your stuffs for any period of time; it’s no problem for them. I have a record of taking advantage of their storage facilities for more than two weeks. They always arrive and deliver on time. I suppose the big network of storage facilities they run all over USA and the fleet of state-of-the-art vans make that quite achievable. I strongly recommend these guys.

I would just like to say how great Better rate movers is. I had a wonderful experience with them. The entire moving procedure was explained to me by a very friendly man - Jason who was professional, kind and polite. I worked with Patrick and two other workers who were helpful and courteous. The quote they gave was excellent, even though they worked longer than expected, I still did not have to pay more. My things stayed intact. The whole moving process was done fast. If I have to move again, I would choose Better rate movers! Thanks guys for the great job you did!

We moved from New York, NY to Tulsa, OK last month and Better rate movers is the company which conducted the move. Their movers showed up on time and they packed everything very quickly. They were also very friendly and fun to interact with. The foreman Alen was very experienced and led his men very efficiently. The whole process took just under 2 hours to complete. They made the delivery on time and I was just so glad to see all my valuables reaching my new home in excellent condition. I’m very satisfied with the way Better rate movers handled my move.

I chose Better rate movers and worked with Terry, Max and Billy. These guys are great and they did an outstanding job. On the moving day, they arrived on time, wrapped my things quickly and safely and moved me to my new place. I was so excited. I knew I hired professionals and I was not worried at all. I was happy to work with these people, because firstly, my furniture was intact and secondly I did not pay a lot. Excellent choice! I would like to recommend Better rate movers! Absolutely great movers!

Moving companies have always been a nightmare to me. But since the moment I called Better rate movers the first time, they have been nothing but professional. Everything went systematically- from getting a quick quote to the timely arrival of the movers. All four men were very efficient and they carried giant pieces of furniture as if they weighed nothing. Everything was boxed properly and traveled excellently due to that. I couldn’t help but be super impressed by their performance.

The first company we hired contracted out with Better Rate Movers to complete our move. Better Rate Movers did not show up twice in a row on the dates we had scheduled with them for move-in, after reserving our building's loading dock THREE times (they told us ahead of time for one of the three reservations, so we only showed up expecting move-in two times, with TWO NO-SHOWS). When my husband called them after their second no-show, the company actually made fun of his stuttering - like, actually mocked him like an evil middle schooler - rather than offer assistance or apologize on behalf of the company.

They held our belongings hostage and up-charged us before they would complete delivery; they wouldn't even let me verify that it was actually our stuff being delivered on the day of, before payment. They had NO documentation, no box count, and some of the stuff they delivered was clearly not ours (some even marked with someone else's name); we had to make them take it back down and reload it into the truck.

Our boxes and plastic wrappings were crushed and torn, and as we feared, our fragile family heirlooms were destroyed by a combination of mishandling and horrible packing by the first movers.

I was moving back home and Better rate movers was the company I hired. I was aware of their reputation but this time I got experience the magic first hand. The movers were just so damn efficient. They finished the job in just 2 hours! It would have taken me literally more than a month to do that job. Not one of my items suffered any kind of damage on the way! I don’t know how it is possible. They could have gone away with breaking some things but they just had to be perfect. Lastly, would you believe me if I tell you they actually gave me a discount at the end?
