Bear Transportation

Bear Transportation towed my BMW on 2/6/2017 and damaged the radiator. When I paid the $186.00 to get it from their lot, it made it all of 10 blocks before I shut off from overheating. There wasn't a drop of coolant left in the car. I put coolant in at a local gas station and it came out of the bottom of the radiator. I called them and they said that they Dollied my car (it's all wheel drive)... my mechanic showed me the damage caused by their Dollie to the bottom of the radiator. Price tag $992.00 to repair!

This buisness illegally towed my car after colluding with Parkchester Dps. The ticket was dismissed for alleged violation after falsely moving vehicle from legal parking spot. This company did not Take photo's of my car which is policy to show car either had damage or doesn't have damage but in my case they say they forgot to GET pictures of my car and when I got to the storage place it was closed at 9 am 12/24/16 and I called some employee named George he was very disrespectful,arrogant and would not answer none of my questions about the damage to my car right fendor and door or where was my car towed from and told me he was the one who towed my car after pdps told him to move it I am still trying to get my refund.

Just made the complain to 311 and consumer protection bureau for illegal towing and demanding cash to release the car for illegal lift on NYC streets.
I guess this is how this low life LLC. are making they day pay.

Awful business practices. They hitched my car, legitimately, but I stopped the driver before he moved my car. He told me he needed to move the car, moved it all of 20ft,and charged me $136 to unhitch the car. When I looked at the receipt, it clearly states that I editor have been charged $62.50 plus tax if the car is released at the scene of initial violation. I called the company and they said they can't give me a refund for overpaying because my car was moved, 20ft, therefore it was moved from the scene of initial violation. I stopped the driver before the car was moved and they used a loophole to charge me more money without informing me it would cost more if I let the driver move the car 20ft... This business should be ashamed of themselves!
