I’ve been going to this hospital for 19 years and I am very happy with the service I had I’ve always been treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Do not send your family to this hospital. My grandmother was waiting in the hallway with no room for 3 days. The nurses do not provide proper care or attention, they all have attitudes, they were inhospitable and uninviting. Finally after providing inadequate care my grandmother ended up in ICU, after 3 days of waiting for a bed in the hallway. You're better off going to Mount Sinai. We would have switch hospitals but once admitted your insurance must sign an agreement that they will cover all services that were not yet rendered in order for them to release you.
