Woodland Lake Family Dental

Came in to get 2 wisdom teeth removed. They were able to get them out no problem, and it was far less painful that I thought. Almost painless then did it so well. Walked in at 10am not even knowing if they were going to be able to do anything about my teeth that day, walked out at 11:07 with two less teeth. They said wait a couple hours until I go to CVS for antibiotics and some Motrin 800. I asked my boyfriend to stop on his way from work and pick them up at 5. He comes home telling me they never got the prescription. I called the dentist office at 5 (they close at 6) and no answer. I had to talk to someone on the emergency line. Shortly after I get off the phone with emergency line, I get a phone call from the dentist office. They tell me they *just* called in the prescription… 8pm we go up to CVS together. Pharmacist says they will expedite that for me since it still wasn’t filled… 10 and a half hours after I had 2 teeth removed from my head I finally have my prescription. I was very impressed with Woodland Lake Family Dental until this happened.

I would give 5 stars but I always believe that there’s always room for improvement. Woodland Lake Family Dental is great! Katie, the hygienist is awesome!

Office is up to date,bright and cheerful. Staff are very pleasant,thorough and knowledgeable. Available appointments and great service.
