Had a blockage from mainline to septic tank. Ken was courteous and professional. He successfully cleared the blockage, told me things to be mindful of, but wasn't condescending or accusatory like some plumbers I've met. This guy was nice, and did a good job at a fair price. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling J. Needham and Sons again.
