Very bad customer service

It is no wonder this dealer has one star out of five possible. It would seem there are ethical employee's there, but apparently few and far between. I met one!

Extended warranties are a $1,000 rip off. The "Quantum Paint Protection" is a joke,,, They rarely apply it and if so it will be over the dirt.

Sales Staff are like lawyers, if their lips are moving they are lying. Since Farmington Hills bought them they drive their imports to work and lie and steal all day.

And service?

Do yourself a favor and go to Town & Country at 12 and 127!!!! At least they will do what they promise and without scratching your paint or leaving your exhaust pipe rattling after simply mounting a new rear tire to replace one that was supposed to be guaranteed!

My bike was supposed to be "Completely detailed and ready to go." Got it delivered to my home and it was dirty! Quantum applied over dirt, and when I pulled the breather cover to inspect further only to find cobwebs in there and filter so dirty it's a wonder it ran at all.

I could go on and on but my advice is Town and Country for service and Sylvania (Toledo) Ohio for purchasing in this area.

Been in dealers from Vancouver to Miami and this was absolutely the worst experience I ever had purchasing a HD, and even worse trying to get them to honor their promises.

If I have to click a "star" to rate put a negative sign in front of it!

Don't go here...bad service. I signed up for their motorcycle safety course, waited two months, showed up on time and wasn't listed. I asked Tracey, course manager, what happened. She said she tried to call me to confirm my reservation (we made it online and talked to her personally), but couldn't reach me so cancelled me?!? No messages on my phone. Confirmed she had the right number. No "sorry", no offer to work me in. She aked if I wanted to reschedule...NO! Cost them my $320 fee, the motorcycle I was going to buy, and associated gear for a lifetime. Was deciding between Indian and Harley--made my decision easy. Indian customer service was first rate.

At this time I can not with good conscience recommend Brighton Harley Davidson.

My experience started of good but now has gone bad. Short version had them check motorcycle out before I purchased changed some parts and said I was good to go.

2500 miles later break down in the area the parts were changed. It cost me 945.00. They claim they did what they were supposed to. I will update later.
