I used to think of banks very much like I thought of haunted houses – you just never knew what to expect or what was going to jump out at you. Not so at the Brigham Goldenwest Credit Union branch! Here, you are greeted by friendly, helpful, smiling faces. Yes, people willing to help you figure out problems and offer sound solutions. I literally had a loan officer sit down and go through pages of my bank account in order find where a mistake had been made by another bank – no names mentioned. One particular loan officer, Carrie, has helped me through several much needed loans, quickly and competently. She made several calls to make sure everything was straight, listened to my situation, and presented me with several viable options. I now consider her a friend, one that I trust and will forever be grateful for her understanding and nonjudgmental way of handling my loans. At Goldenwest, you have nothing to fear. It’s more like a Ferris wheel, enjoyable and refreshing. I highly recommend the ride at Brigham’s Goldenwest Credit Union.
