E & N Towing

Kudos to this business. Not being local or familiar with this establishment I have nothing but praise for the way things went. My daughter's Chevy Aveo broke down on a Sunday night and E&N arrived to tow it back to their shop. I would like to thank Drew who allayed my fears of dealing with a shop that I never used before nor knew anything about. Drew spent an hour or so diagnosing and fixing the car. He was very professional and charged a fair price. He took a conservative approached and didn't just buy an unneeded $500.00 part, slap it on and charge me an exhorbadant price. Instead, he dig some old school mechanic work, found the problem and the car was back on the road in less than a day and under $150.00.

I think what happened was that you decided to not get your car worked on at the shop that's why they charged you for the tow... I get my car towed and worked on and that's how I found this perfect place... I understood that if I decided to not get my car worked on that I would be charged for my towing! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family! Drew is the best!

my car broke down in the middle of the roadway. The police called E&N to tow my car because AAA gave a 25 minute time estimate. I was told by the police that I would not be charged for the tow. I spoke to Drew about the diagnostics on my car and was not told of the towing fee of 175.oo. I had AAA come to the shop to tow my car and was told I had to pay to get my car and "what kind of business would I be running if I towed for free". I was not advised of these fees up front. I would not recommend them.
