We thought we were getting a good deal on a nice refrigerator. When we got it home the freezer didn't work and now three weeks have passed without a fix.

These guys were down to earth and got me a good deal on my new fridge and stove. Bought new samsung refrigerator and stove and matching microwave over the stove. It was delivered that night.

I just bought a washer and dryer set from this Company, but at the St. Charles location on Friday 10/17/14. The set was sitting outside the front door and they were dirty. The outside of the dryer was nasty and the inside had gum, leaves and dirty. The washer was dirty on the outside and on the inside it just like the dryer. I told Josh I didn't like the idea of purchasing something that wasn't already cleaned up and ready to go. However, Josh assured me that the set would be all cleaned up as nice as the floor model and he could have it delivered on Saturday for me. So, I bought the set. I sat home all day and evening waiting for them to be delivered. I called Josh a couple of times that day and he assured me I would get them that day, but couldn't give me any idea as to when. So at 9:00 p.m. the set arrives, not a real big problem however, did I really have to sit home all day and evening waiting someone could have given me some type of idea where I feel on the list? Now.......................... this is were I have a Major problem!

The set arrived DIRTY!!!! It is as dirty as it was when I saw it sitting outside Friday. The gum is still in the dryer the washer is dirty with hair, leaves, etc. still in it. I was flat out LIED TO. Now, I sit with a washer and dryer that are dirty as hell and Josh won't answer his phone, I have tried calling him all day, he won't pick up the phone nor will he return my calls.



I will be posting this on every site I can find. BE VERY AWARE!

Bought a samsung washer and dryer set. They were brand new. The dryer had a dent but it is no big deal. They run quiet and do what they are designed to do. If I hadn't got them here I would have ended up with lower quality at a higher price somewhere else.

They delivered the same day and took away the old ones.
