La Weight Loss Center

The people who work at the Brentwood and Franklin locations have ZERO customer service skills. On almost every occasion that I was there they ignored me while they talked on the phone. They wouldn't even stop to say, "could you please hold on, I'll be right off" or acknowledge that I was standing there in any way. After this happen 5-6 times I asked who were they talking to and it was THE OWNER! I don't think that person would have cared if they would have told them that they could call them back there was a CUSTOMER! At one occasion a friend stopped by and I stood there 20 minutes while she caught up!!!!!! GIVE ME A BREAK. I was so annoyed at the Franklin location that I stopped by the Brentwood location a few times and was treated the exact same way.I waited 15 minutes before she shut up and helped me. Then when she did get off the phone she proceeded to fill out paperwork without ever looking up. By then there were several others waiting along with me and rolling their eyes. When I asked her if I could go on back, she told me to be patient she would get to me when she was finished with what she was doing. I'm sorry, but I paid to come in here and myself and the others should not be standing here while she clicks at the computer. When I asked what she was doing she said she was checking inventory for her boss so she could call them back.

I normally don't care about these things but going to get weighed by a stranger is hard enough and paying for it. Usually that isn't the only thing I have to do that day. Unfortunately, I'm not paid to sit at a phone all day and chit chat to friends. I think their boss needs to get off the phone and come in to SEE what they are doing and how they treat customers! Don't waste your time or money The package is $1,500 that they sell to you and part of the money is suppose to be for them to help you. THEY ARE NOT TRAINED in anything except selling their bosses products so that person doesn't have to come in.
