I will NEVER take my pet, or suggest this place to anyone. I noticed the eye contact and darting eyes between the employees when I arrived to pick him up. When I called to see if he was ready to be picked up, they kept making the time later and later. I couldn't understand this. As it was, when I did arrive, I still had to wait in my car.? They said they had 'nicked' his ear with the clippers. And not to remove the stuff they had put on it, just to let it fall off when ready. No wonder, they didn't want me to see the damage they had done to my poor 5lb baby. When it started to stink, and he became sluggish and with a temperature, I took him to the vet. They had taken a huge CHUNK out of his ear that was now infected! I should have trusted my instinct and looked at it right away, and known by the way he was clinging to me. I thought it was because it was his 1st time there, because his regular groomer was on holiday. Not only did they not tell me they had harmed him, there was no apology, concern, and they charged me for deforming my loving pet. NEVER AGAIN!

highly recommend Wags & Whiskers because not only does my baby look great after she gets groomed, the facility is extremely clean, the animals are well treated, and we are always treated with great customer service. I always get stopped when I am taking my dog for a walk by people telling me how cute my Tinkerbell looks or asking me where I had her groomed because that is the way they want their dog's hair cut. I will never go anywhere else! They are the BEST!!!

Very good grooming takes good care of animals , large area for pets to wait. People are very professional.

The gals at Wags and Whiskers are fabulous....They do a wonderful job with special attention to individual needs. I have taken my little silky terrier to Melinda for over ten years now and have always had excellent service and attention. I highly recommend Melinda or Donna.
