I brought my car in to be fixed and received one call from Joel, the owner, telling me he didn't know what the problem was. I explained briefly that it felt like an issue I'd had before. He hung up to continue to investigate. Next call was to say the car was ready and that it would be nearly $400. No call to tell me what the issue was, or to ask permission to move forward...just the assumption that doing a service that expensive without my permission was what I wanted. On top of this the work they did didn't fix the problem. I had to drive all the way home (was visiting CT) and get my mechanic to do the work that would solve the problem. In an effort to get me out of the shop when I voiced concern about work being done without authorization or any type of communication with me, Joel offered to undo everything and put my old parts back in...knowing this was not an option for me as I was from out of town and had to be back home on Monday. WrenchRite still refuses to remedy the situation.

Its nice to find a good honest mechanic, hard to find these days. Joel and Tim are a hard working pair that really know alot about todays cars. I would recommend them to anyone needing good quality work, and affordable.

What a great place. Joel is a very good mechanic with fair and reasonable prices. He has worked on my wife's car and my Jeep. Service was completed ahead of schedule and the cost was at least 40% less than a dealership! We highly recommend Wrenchrite to everybody! Thanks Joel!

I bought a pre-owned subaru from what turned out to be an extremely faulty mom and pop dealership. After Subaru Quality estimated more than 6,000 in damages to a car I had owned no more than a month, I was devasted and didnt know what to do. I couldnt afford what subaru estimated, but couldnt drive around in an un-safe car. Learning about wrench-rite was the silver lining I was looking for. Joel was empathetic to my situation, and extremely knowledgable and thus reassuring. He got me in the very next day to take a look at the car, and cut the cost of repairs by almost 5k. Incredible. I am so thankful to have found a genuine, hard working mechanic, that specializes in subarus! now any time I have a problem, I know I have someone I can trust with my car and financial situation.

Joel at Wrench Rite is Great. Down to earth person with fair prices for quality work. I went to the Stealership and was told I needed to repair a timeing chain that would cost $1200 bucks. Joel said he would beat that price. When it came down to it Joel showed me it wasnt the timeing chain and Fixed the real problem (that ended up being even cheaper !) A++
