I would say that the apartments closest to the water are the best ones and have a much better tenant population. The new manager here does alot of extras and has really helped make this a better place to live. I do agree though that by the tennis courts something needs to be done about security especially involving drugs but that is a problem created by the tenants not the management.

i would have to say "ditto" to the person below and would only add that if you do not pay rent on the day they decide they will imediately send you an eviction notice and serve you court papers dated for the same month!! you cannot be a day late.. ever!! So you better hope your pay schedual lines up with their rent schedual before you move in.

This place is awful, it is very old, small and trashy. All of the roads are bad the gate is never closed, not that it matters because everyone in the area knows the code. The pool is broken every other day and if it is not filthy it is filled with people who dont live there. 90% or so percent of the residents drive 50mph in the parking lot and rev their engines all hours of the night. It is mostly single males living there who party all the time. Drug use is a constant here with no security what so ever. The mantinance man is overworked because the place is falling apart so it takes forever. The managment is rude and this is just another of Heritage Proprties failures. They are only concerned with money and how to get more or save more, this makes the tennant suffer. The facilities are poor and the apartments are terrible with zero cabinet space. Simply avoid this place!
