Sometimes the customer service over the phone is not the best, but that is because we pay $40 dollars for unlimited mins. Although, when you go into the corporate store they treat you with a lot of respect and do everything to help as long as you conduct yourself like a civil human being. Which is more than I can say about the rest of the cell phone companies, that only care about renewing your contract or paying full price for a new phone or waiting weeks/months for it to be repaired for defects.Overall, its a great value, great company.

Metro Pcs needs alot of help, their phones get disconnected all the time and customer service is horrible!
