Massage Envy Brandon

Been here a few times for brazilian waxes with no problems until I tried a different girl named latissa. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ESTETICIAN EVER! The wax was too hot, she made me bleed because of her horrible way of pulling of the wax strips. To top it all off she put hard wax on me and was not able to get it back off so she had to rip out my hairs millimeter by millimeter slowly instead of one quick movement. Ive had several brazilian waxes and this was the only time I had a waxer who literally put me through so much pain that I will never get waxed again. Im pretty sure she took off some of my skin and I will have scarring. She tried to say she was finished and I look down and I still had at least 20 hairs. When i complained to the front desk girl she talked to the manager and said that she still had to charge full price. After telling them that I would be going to the doctors and would be reporting them if I have permanent skin damage they decided not to charge me. I couldn't believe I had to even ask for no charge. Little do they know my husband and I are both lawyers. I literally walked out shaking because of the pain and my skin is now raw!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!! I have 3 children and this wax experience by latissa was worse then pushing out 3 babies without an epidural! I will be telling all of my friends to never go here!
