Airmax Heating & Air Conditioning

I placed a service call at 10:30 pm, and was told someone would call me, after an hour I have not heard from anyone, so I called back, and was told "someone would call me", so after 3 more hours I called and cancelled the call, because I never heard from anyone. Very poor customer service, not to return any calls or even apologize when I cancelled after a 3 hour wait.

I'm new to the area. I use Mike Air Max Heating & Air. I called him for replacement for Blower Motor that was under warranty, the cost was $450.00. He made some promises about checking outside unit once he replaced the blower motor, but didn't.
