Affordable Furniture

The Brandon store is a nightmare. We bought our mattress/boxsprings new sectional and ottoman on Oct 4th. We stressed that we woul be relocating in 2 weeks and were only interested in purchasing if we would have the furniture in time. They assured us it would be and set the delivery date for 10/7. Nothing arrived. The day before the move they delivered our order, minus the ottoman but wrote out on a receipt that it would be shipped to us in Pensacola. A month and a half later (after having to call daily) we have no ottoman. They have informed us that it is too big to ship by UPS and they wont pay the $150 to ship it by othermeans. Their solution is to refund us $100 (our order totaled $1646). Rude customer service and incompetence in business. Save yourself the fight and go to the Tampa store. Despite their unqualified counterparts in Brandon, they really do try to help... If only i could leave zero, or negative stars for this business

I want to thank Brandon over at Affordable for stopping me from buying the cheaper mattress. He made a good point when he says you dont sleep on the bed you sleep on the mattress. The cost of the same mattress in other stores were twice the price. Its amazing the money I saved. I was able to afford a mattress I never though I could. Great sleep = Great days. I couldnt be happier.

All thought they were a day late on my delivery I cant complain all that much. My leather sectional sofa is exactly what I was looking for. I am still trying to figure out how they sell the same sofa for almost 500 less than there competitor down the street. I did have to miss a day of work but the saving was worth it. They even gave me a discount on my next purchase. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for really nice furniture at a discounted price. Good job!

I promised I would leave Affordable a review if the delivered on time as they said. I ordered a sectional micro fiber sofa for 495.00 and it came with a ottoman as well. They set my delivery up and they did show up on time. I am very happy with the outcome and I want to say thank you to all at Affordable. The sofa is great and the price was 500.00 cheaper than anywhere else. I recommend Affordable for all your furniture needs.
