Very satisfied. They repaired a basement window, and were able to come by to estimate and do work without my needing to be there. Sent estimate via email. Very convenient and respectful of my schedule.

I highly reccomend these guys, they are great very professional and hardly even disturb you, they had to do some windows for me, they were so courteous and really quiet, no harsh language and very neat. I did read the one negative review but you cant expect a contractor to send a crew out for changing a light bulb or installing a window shade!, even after reading that review I did hire them and boy am I glad I did, they saved me a small fortune on my window replacements, very reasonable...give them a try!!

I contacted this company for some work I wanted done in my home. We were in contact a few times to set up a time for them to come out and give me an estimate but I was not available on the date they wanted to come by. They have not contacted me since them, probably because the job I want is a small job. I wil be needing a lot of work done to my home and will do it a little at a time, from a more reliable contractor. Small jobs lead to big jobs and if this company can't do the job, some other company will. If these Mickey Mouse companies are too busy to do the job, just tell the customer and not leave us hanging.
