I caution anyone considering using this company to think twice. Honestly if I could give them negative stars I would! They are extraordinarily unprofessional and change their prices on you! I caution any potential customers to get any quote from them in writing and do not accept their phone quotes!!! Myself and a friend were both given separate quotes from this company because we were both calling around looking for a powder coater and happened to accidentally call here twice. Both of us were given the same price quote and it sounded great so we sent our materials here to be powder coated. I later found out that they got too busy to handle the work load, but rather than tell me this they decided to increase the price quote 5x! I was shocked. More than that, they lied and tried to justify it saying that I gave the wrong dimensions. The only problem with that claim is that they gave the same price quote to myself and another person and it just is not possible that they wrote the dimensions down wrong twice. Beyond that, when I went with my mother and one guy as help to pick up my materials the owner of this company actuallly specifically instructed his employee not help us and not to move the pallets outside. Considering that we were two girls moving extraordinarily heavy materials I was shocked! I will say that one employee was exceptionally nice and despite what he was told by the owner, he did help us move the materials outside. Honestly though, please please please be cautious when dealing with this company!!! It was a horrible experience and if I hadn't found a company in Tampa willing to powder coat the materials for a similar price to what they originally quoted me then I probably would have wound up taking this complaint to the Better Buisness Bureau.
