Bob's TV Repair

Same same as the last 2 reviews. Dropped off TV in Nov. 8th, picked up still broken TV on Feb. 6th. Phone calls were pointless, leaving messages, pointless, horrible service. After getting TV back, screws missing, parts installed wrong, broken mounts. The TV is more broken now then when I took it there...absolute scam...DO NOT USE BOB'S TV "REPAIR"...??????

Horrible Horrible Horrible....Phone doesnt get answered very much, when it does, they are very unprofessional and unhelpful. We dropped off our tv to Bob and he had it almost 2 weeks. Upon trying to pick it up, whoever answered the phone, lied and said he wasnt home. When we got there he was home and to make matters worse the tv had a hole in the screen (which wasnt there when we dropped it off). He didnt even mentioned or acknowledged that it had happened. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW!

Unreliable service, phone does not get answered, countless messages got no reply and the one time I talked to Bob he told me he could not order the part since he does not have any credit and wanted my credit card details. Better take your business elsewhere!
