I would give ZERO stars if possible.
Waited 3 weeks for a service call on a brand new appliance. An issue with the compressor. After a month, Cones tells me that they don't even work on compressors. TOTAL WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME!!!
The service person took pictures and video of the malfunctioning appliance. Said he is not capable of doing the repair and needs authorization from GE and then Cones would send out the appropriate repair person.
I waited five days with no response. Called multiple times to get a message and finally left a message, no return call. On the sixth day I got through to their office. They don't even work on compressors. They should have told me that on the first contact. Their service person should have told me on the service call. They should have called me from the office to tell me to find a real repair company.
AVOID this company. There are reasons they have one star.
This place is AWFUL! I wouldn’t use this company if it were the last repair place on EARTH! Rude. No accountability. No call no show. FYI; Lowes in Bradenton FL. Uses this company to contract out repairs on appliances. Bad, Bad company. 😡
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Frank is rude and unwilling to listen to anything. Just talks over you. They over charge and under deliver. I will be contact Samsung to strongly suggest that Cone is removed from one of their service providers.
