Rental Professionals

They are rip off artists.. They over charge.. And charge for every little document they send. I have a summons in my hand atm and it is chalked full of lies... They will be taken to civil court soon as i am currently talking to a lawyer about this.. Save ALL DOCUMENTATION!! Make copies... They are the most scandalous company here in Bozeman.. Many Many Many people have this same complaint.. It took 3 mo ths for a maintenance man to come and look at some damage caused by the upstairs tenants toilet flooding.. They are trying to charge me for tge damage i didnt cause... I wish i could write everything they did to me down but theres not enough time. Please choose a different company if you wish to not get bent over and reemed... thanks for reading...

Worst rental company i have ever dealt with. They did not clean before we moved in, so we did. We found mold in our apartment and they did nothing to fix it only tested it to tell us that it was not toxic. We left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in and they found a way to take half of our security deposit and charged me for cleaning it even more because someone had to come and re-check. They charged me 436$ for checking out and for showings for other people because even though it is their job it is inconvenient. The ladies that work behind the desk are rude, uneducated and have no customer service skills. What a terrible business to have in the Bozeman community.

Rental Professionals is the worst rental agency in Bozeman, MT. Avoid this company at all costs. Just ask around and you will hear the horror stories. Rental Professionals needs to be shut down.

They sold a property right out from under me.

I have worked with many agencies and have rented from many others all over the world and never in my life have I had an experience so horrible. This rental agency and all involved are the epitome of unprofessional. After weeks of work, 20+ calls, fees paid and applications entered on a specific property. They simply sold the property without any word and I was told someone more qualified showed up with a payment. The only response was "sorry for the inconvenience, we can transfer your app to another property". I asked to speak to the leasing agent and they constantly made excuses and avoided any talk on the subject.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. CHANCES ARE YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST AS I AND MANY OTHERS DO.

Rental Professionals has managed our condo in Bozeman for well over 10 years now and it has always been a seamless, transparent, and flawless operation for us. We appreciate them.

I had a pleasant experience renting from Rental professionals for the past 12 months. I had nice encounters with there office staff when I would go in to pay rent. They were helpful when finding my unit as well as when it came time for me to vacate.

This is a money-grabbing business. Rental "Professionals" have forgotten that tenants are their clients and their office staff is usually rude and inconsiderate.
If you are renting from these people make sure to know: 1) They will charge you for notices 2)They will charge you $8 for every day that you are late, whether it's an honest mistake or not. 3) They will scan your apartment to death in your move-out inspection 4) they will find problems and try to trick you into paying for a re-inspection ($25) 5) They will try to trick you into paying for further cleaning after re-inspection

***Think like a lawyer when you deal with these guys- they don't own half of Bozeman's rentals because they're honest!! ***

I find it hard to believe the 5 star reviews of this company are real- these guys will find a way to unfairly (and possibly illegally) take your money.

Don't let their name fool you. This rental company is not upfront or your friend. They want your money and will put you through hell to get it. Their name should be rental unprofessionals. If you like to be treated with disrespect and spoken to like you're an idiot by all means go ahead and rent from this rude group of women. I don't know how they sleep at night or look in the mirror. They have no morals, no values, no concept of politeness, and no idea of what being professional is about.

Enjoyed my experience with Rental Professionals. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. And what I was most impressed by was that they did not charge an application fee. They seemed to understand how quickly just an application fee can add up to amount to a lot of money. And I appreciate that.



Great Company

I have rented from a lot of rental agencies. Most of the time, you can deliver in person or fax the application and they will then give you the key to the place you want to look at. Not Rental Professionals. They want you to drive by the place first. So, I did this. Then the place wasn't available to look at so I filled out a card and was told that they did not have showings after hours and on weekends, I was from out of town and could only come on weekends. I was also told that no one else was interested in the place yet and that they'd call me when the date came close that the rental was available. This never happened and I see now that the rental is off their website so it has been rented or is no longer for rent. Also, when I visited their office, it was locked despite three staff sitting at their desks. One of the staff opened the door after I tried to open it twice. Two of the three staff seemed rude and not kind, like I was burdening them. Very unprofessional.

Rental Professionals has been great. I have enjoyed my experience with them.

Not many times am I overly impressed with a company that it makes me want to write a review about their company. I had a wonderful experience with this company, the ladies in the office were so genuinely nice to me and seemed to actually want to help me find a place that I LOVED and was comfortable in. Unlike some places I went to look for a property with in Bozeman. They took the time to go over options, and show me numerous properties over several days of looking while in Bozeman. I'm just overly delighted with this company and look forward to my relationship with them as their tenant. Thanks Rental Professionals.

Anything but professional! They never return phone calls or emails. They drag their feet on everything. The front staff are very rude and uneducated. Even dealin with the owner directly doesn't make things run any smoother. And the maintenance part of the company is poorly, if at all, did functional. Seems like they are just trashy and try to screw people over on their security deposits. Again, unprofessional and not educated in customer service or business. :( BE CAREFUL! Rental Professionals went out of there way to accommodate me and my two dogs, they took the time to show me properties, helped me with my application, and found me a place that I love. I appreciated that they were very black and white in telling me what they would need and expect from me as their tenant. Thanks RP, you took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I was so upset and thought I would never find a property for my two little babies. But now we have a home.

I just wanted to say thank you and I sure appreciate your great care of looking after my properties. You truly are "PROFESSIONAL".
