Wal-Mart SuperCenter

Seems like nothing has changed in years. We just moved here and we loved our old Walmart. The employees in this store are what makes it so bad. NO ONE wants to work and NO ONE cares about the customer. We have tried shopping there weekly for the past 4 months, but no more. I am tired of spending my money where I get treated like crap by people that think I owe them something and they can say whatever they want to me no matter how rude. Walmart ought to be ashamed of this store. I wish I could have given it less than one star.

This Walmart needs to take a customer service lesson from Publix! Their lines are ALWAYS VERY LONG!! No one in the store stocking their food section speaks english, nor can they tell you where you might find an item IF you can even find someone to offer their help! It's a joke! I have been at this store at all hrs night/day & it's poor service no matter WHEN YOU GO. Parking is horrible as well.

I have numerous times to call this store to speak to anyone who would speak to me and assist me with any problem I have with a product purchased with Walmart. For the most part nobody answers the phone the first few tries, then when I finally have someone on the phone they can't help me but say they are getting someone who can, that's when my problem compounds; nobody ever returns to the phone and then after a few minutes go by it starts to ring again and nobody answers. Seriously, Walmart has a real bad phone customer service in this store. They should really look into this, considering they are paying someone a salary to help the customers. Next time I should take my business elsewhere.

This Wal-Mart is one of the worst I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of shopping at no matter what time of day or season.

If you can find anyone to ask for information, they either act like they do not know or pretend they did not hear you ask for help.



Only one lady out of three at the customer service seemed interested in working and helping people while the other two play busy trying to fix something on their computer/registers while numerous people stood in line. One of these ladies did not have the correct information to my question, and wanted me to go "find" another of the product I was returning because she said she needed the number off the box. I told her I just had talked to someone on the phone who said the receipt was all I needed. So, of course, I was redirected to the lady who was helping everyone. What a waste of money paying employees who do not want to work!



The checkout line at around 4:30 pm. was ridiculously long including the self checkouts.



Pathetic and shocking this Wal-Mart can stay in business.
