It’s hard to believe this facility can be incompetent at absolutely every level. From their attempt at care to the business office nothing is done right. Food is not edible. The aids are nasty and uncaring. Water requested in the early morning might not be given to the resident until 6pm even after several requests throughout the day. I complain but nothing changes. I can’t speak about any other facility but I can say that this one is bad. After my mother's hip surgery I was given few choices by the hospital to pick the right rehabilitation center. I went to tour 2 facilities in boynton as well as 2 in Delray. I think I've seen enough! I'm so glad I came to see yours! Your building is clean, people are friendly and best of all once my mother was transported to your facility your staff continued to be just as i saw when i first came in.Your Physical therapy department is amazing and on point!!!
