        i bought my refurbished dryer from the friendly staff here over a year and a half ago. It has held up longer than I expected! I have had absolutely no issues with it at all. In fact, I'm about to go buy a stove from them now. They have all the big name brands and have an excellent warranty so if anything happens to it within a time frame they will look at it and fix it. The gentleman that helped me said that if anything happens to it after that to call him anyways. That gave me a good peace of mind to buy from them. Off to buy a stove! :)

        I bought a washer dryer combo, worked fine for 2 month then stopped. Called them, they did not even bother to return a call... BAD!

        At the same time I also bought a fridge, and the front electronic panel never worked. The worst part is I could not have this fridge cold enough and I lost a lot of food. I had their repair guy come to my house twice and he did not succeed in repairing this fridge. I asked for replacement and have not heard from them again.

        Beside the appliances having issues and not repaired accordingly, the delivery of the appliances was extremely poor. Damaged door ways, damaged appliances, and the delivery guy did not have the tools to remove the fridge doors... asked me if I have the tools, unbelievable!

        I absolutely cannot recommend this business, I wish I'd never went there in the first place.

        Overall

        I was suppose to get my washer and dryer at 4 o'clock and they called to make sure I will be at home. Well, given excuses and it's now 8pm and I called they said another 24 min. with another excuse. T do not recommend this place!!!

        Nice clean store and friendly employee's but that's where it stops. They called to make sure I'd be home at 4pm. I was told he's going to the warehouse then would be here. Well, it's now 8pm and they and I was given another excuse and they said he'd be here in 24 min.. The delivery guys were so wonderful and friendly. They were informed about my delivery until that afternoon and it was the only delivery of the day. They were contractors and I would definitely use the delivery company but never the store.
