Founded in 1867, The Boston Conservatory is an independent, private college that offers various graduate and undergraduate programs in music, dance and theater. It presents more than 200 performances every year by students, faculty and guest artists. The conservatory s Music curriculum includes traditional musical training, sight singing and music theory, as well as piano, percussion, guitar, harp and brass classes.
