South Boston Taxi-Cab

THIS IS THE WORST CAB COMPANY EVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR SHOW UP!!!

I missed a train because of South Boston Taxi. I was told 10 minutes and called after 15 minutes. They told me the driver assigned to me had taken someone else who hailed him on the street. Terrible service.

South Boston Taxi is the best cab company in southie 02127 I use them everywhere I go.

I had a very important Drs appt. for my preop at Tufts. called the South Boston axi Com. t 9:15 and Its now 10:47, they still have not come. I called several times more, twice they saild they would be right here and the other times did not pick the phone. I called another Taxi com. they were here in 10 min . , however i could not keep the appt. I would like an explanation for this, and I will make sure it will be dealth with.
