Rhode Island Joint Reinsurance

First of all I would like you to know my house has been insured for its entire 39 year life with zero claims on insurance for anything. The house was inspected in july and I just received a letter that my insurance is being cancelled in 30 days if I don't replace my roof. This unfounded ridiculous practice this insurer is using should be criminal. Very dissatisfied ex customer!!!!

I called to make sure my policy was cancelled, I read the service agreement and ity says clearly that you have to return the policy OR send a request in writing, I did both, after talking to the 1st associate he told me that the cacelation request was rejected and that i needed to fill some form, i mentioned that the service agreement doesn't mention anything about a form, he responded that he doesn't know what on the service agreement, and that he will transfer me to another department, a lady answerd the phone, and transferred me back to regular customer service, another lady answered the phone she said she coulnd't help, put me on hold, and transferred me to another regular customer service agent, I asked for a supervisor,he was really rude after i explained to him the situation, and said that i have to fill some kind of form again, so i read to him what the service agreement says, and then he was like oh you sent the policy back, then you don't need to fill anaything, i'm going to cancel it for you right now!

I not dealing with this company again specially when one of their own customer service representative told me that he doesn't know what's on the service agreement!!! i deal with so many companies and this is the worst customer service i've ever encountered!!
