        Poor Customer Service

        For a highly recognized Firm, the front line employees does not reflect the companies reputation. I called one day to speak with an employee and the cutomer rep. hung the phone up on me 6 times in less than ten minutes and seemed to be too busy to answer people's questions. She also stated for me to call her back when I have gathered my thoughts. Not too impressive!
