He also practices before various administrative agencies including boards of professional licensure. He has defended clients in trials and appeals of cases involving products liability, business litigation, civil rights and employment discrimination litigation and construction litigation. Mr. Sayeg also has extensive experience with family law and divorce matters and with claims involving allegations of theft and piracy of cable and satellite services. Mr. Sayeg also practices in the white collar criminal area, handling cases involving federal extortion charges and money laundering charges, as well as cases involving allegations of healthcare fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud, embezzlement and obstruction of justice. Mr. Sayeg is a 1989 graduate of Rutgers School of Law. Prior to joining Krattenmaker O’Connor & Ingber P.C., he was a partner at Denner Pellegrino LLP. Before that, he served as an assistant district attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office from 1992 to 1995 and was in private practice from 1990 to 1992 and 1995 to 2004. Mr. Sayeg is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia and the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
In the 1970s, Ken operated his own table manufacturing business in New York. His tables were featured in such stores as Bloomingdales and Door Store. Ken's legal career began as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Superior Court and then as an associate in a large Boston law firm, where he practiced real estate, environmental, bankruptcy, litigation, and general business law. Ken practiced law with the Boston firm of Gaffin Krattenmaker & O'Connor, P.C. for 23 years, where he was a principal, and in 2007 co-founded Krattenmaker O'Connor & Ingber P.C.
Ken Ingber is a founding principal of Krattenmaker O'Connor & Ingber P.C. Ken's practice includes all aspects of real estate law, including leasing, conveyancing, financing, and developing industrial, commercial, and residential property, as well as associated environmental issues. His projects have included development of retail shopping centers, industrial parks, quick lube and car wash facilities, residential subdivisions, and entertainment complexes; and leasing for over one million square feet of industrial, commercial, and retail space. Ken's practice also includes civil litigation and general business law.
