MASI Research Consultants Dr. Masi Celebrates the 10th anniversary of the MIHMEP (Masters in International Health Care Management, Economics and Policy) program at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Welcome to MASI Research Consultants Masi Research Consultants, Inc was founded in 1984 by Dr. Dale A. Masi (President/CEO and Professor Emeritus, University of Maryland) with IBM's support. Masi Research Consultants (MASI) assists organizations, domestically and internationally, with planning, designing and evaluating Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and Work/Life programs. MASI helps companies write Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and select appropriate EAP/Managed Care vendors, offering guidance through any part of the process. Masi Research Consultants is unique in the EAP profession by providing quality control in the EAP field through a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. MASI works with EAP vendors in assisting them in the accreditation process. As a full tenured professor at the University of Maryland, Dr. Masi directed the EAP Specialization for 20 years.
