Personal Injury
Continuing to partner with Northeastern University in their co-op program, Martin Magnuson McCarthy & Kenney is pleased to welcome Riley Durkin to the firm. Riley is a second-year student at Northeastern, following a pre-law track. Riley will be assisting the firm in many ways and assisting attorneys in varying practice areas including personal injury and medical malpractice defense. Riley will be working with MMM&K through the end of the semester in June. Welcome, Riley!
Medical Malpractice
Lindsey will be joining the medical malpractice team as an associate attorney. Prior to her joining Martin Magnuson McCarthy & Kenney, Lindsey worked at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. During this time, she worked as a 3:03 Certified Practitioner in the Boston Juvenile Court, and then as an Assistant District Attorney in the Boston Municipal Court, Dorchester Division. Lindsey graduated from Emmanuel College in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Legal Studies before earning her Juris Doctor from Suffolk Law School in 2022. During her time in law school, Lindsey assisted at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and at the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice, completing over 750 hours of Pro Bono work.
