        My first impression was ruined...

        My first impression was ruined. Always confirm your appointment before coming! I had an appointment with Frank Xaviar and good thing a called to confirm - I wasn't on a list. The only one who could help and reschedule (unfortunately, to another stylist) - very polite and friendly receptionist, but not Frank by himself - he simply hung up the phone, when I was trying to figure out this problem. Never had this problem with the best salons in Europe, US and Canada, but this is not the right way to start viziting particular stylist and salon at all and to be treated like it's your fault.
