Again another great experience in this rental. Five of us girls were wanting to get away for a weekend and celebrate my 40th Birthday. So we decided to head on down to Boston and I suggested we stay in Hull again. This is the second time I have stayed @ 32 Porrazzo. Once again I was impressed. Since the last time I stayed there Peter and Bianca had done some renovations to this place. Adding another bedroom and bathroom which would make it a 4 bedroom and 2 full bath. My friends were very impressed as to how clean, roomy and modern it was. They really enjoyed the view. We took the water shuttle into Boston again which was only a 10 minute drive away from the house. They enjoyed the 20 minute water shuttle as they got to see alot on our way into Boston. Everything you could ever want on a vacation is right there. Hull offers all the necessities. Restaurants, grocery store, liquor stores etc...... As we were driving home they said lets make this a annual girls getaway. Hopefully we will do this as it's the perfect place to stay. A home away from home.

Great place to stay! Four of us were planning on a vacation in Boston. I thought why not see if we can rent a house instead of staying in a hotel. Got online with VRBO to see if I could find anything. Not know the area real well I decided to send off a request for a house for a certain week as we had Boston Red Sox/Yankee Tickets. Peter returned my email that day. He didn't have anything for me for the whole week. (keep in mind I left this to the last minute also) but he could accommodate us. We could stay in this unit (#3 30 Porrazzo) for the first 2 days and then we could move next door to 32 Porrazzo. This was fine as we really wanted to rent a house instead of hotelling it. When we arrived and I always had in the back of my head "I wonder what this place is going to be like". We were very very impressed. Very clean, modern, awesome view of the ocean and all the comforts of home. A few things more than what we have at home. Boston was only a 20 minute water shuttle away. That was neat as we got to see alot doing that. Can't beat $12.00 return and don't have to worry about parking or where we were going. Beach is just a 5 minute walk away. If you ever decide to stay there and you love seafood........ you gotta try Barefoot Bob's. Make sure you go hungry though. They give ya lots. Just got back to UK yesterday and work today so feeling a bit tired!! We had a good but hectic week in New York after we left Boston. (Much preferred the people and scenery in Boston!)



I just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for all your help during our visit to Boston. We really appreciated how much you did to help us enjoy our stay. We were extremely grateful for your internet research to ensure we could see the GAA Hurling Game on the Sunday (though our team were absolutely slaughtered by the opposition!!). Also meeting us at the Airport and taking us to the restaurant on the Friday was so helpful. The hire of the Sat Nav was invaluable too. We really felt you had gone out of your way to help us and your support was invaluable.



We loved your Beach House (Unit 2 - 30 Porrozza Road) it was such a prime spot with amazing views. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends and will certainly come back to you on our next trip whenever that might be!



Thank you once again and I hope we left the place in pristine condition as we found it!
