        I have recently had to start looking for a skilled nursing facility for my husband, I visited several facilities in Rutherford County, but happened upon Fair Haven & immediately upon speaking with staff & residents I knew in my heart this was my hubby's new home. I have visited several times at different times of the day it always smells clean residents are always involved in some type of activity. I have peace of mind knowing my hubby isn't far from me & that he will be well taken care of.
