China 1 Buffet

I worked at this restaurant for a short period of time and during that time they had SEVERAL visits from the health department due to complaints and FAILED all inspections! They are REUSING the shells for the stuffed crab they have on their buffet. On the last visit from the health department they made the dishwasher take all the used shells and smash them with a hammer so they couldn't be reused, however, I believe they are back to their old habits and when tables are cleared the used shells are put in the bin with the utensils to be cleaned as I had found several shells following this last inspection. We were even instructed to lie to the health department if they asked about the shells. The owner lied to the health inspector as well on this last inspection when asked why there were no gloves for the employees to use (since no food is suppose to be handled with your bare hands) and she told them that the waitress took them home. Food on the bar was not being kept up to proper temps and I witnessed people actually getting sick in the restroom on two separate occasions. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL! It's UNBELIEVABLE how dirty this restaurant is. If you don't believe me and think I am just a disgruntled former employee just check with the health department as their reviews are of public record!!
