Jaris Transportation

this morning Jarvis School bus #54, was in fast lane on route in Patterson NJ, she was going 70MPH in a 45MPH zone in around Garret mountain section of rt 80 tried to catch up and beep my horn to signal her to slow down and move to right lane, I noticed she had passenger in back. Please be advised not to use this bus service comp.

I used to work for this company as a bus aide in 2012. I had a young girl in our route. Her father never spoke to any of the other bus aides, no idea why. But when I started working there I believe he saw how serious I took my job and how I ensured the safety of his daughter and I felt as though he felt more relaxed when the driver picked her up and saw i was there to assist. My point is, not all bus aides are meant to be bus aides. But I was one of the good ones there.

My child is taken to school every day by this company, I am a single mom and work two jobs to provide for my child. In the afternoons I get out of work at 2:50pm and this bus company arrives to my home at 2:55pm I work very far and it takes me sometimes too long to arrive home at 2:55pm with traffic and all. The bus driver and bus aide were so kind to stay with my child and wait patiently until I arrived, my friends say I am so lucky to be with Jaris transportation because there bus companies will not do the same for their child, I am very grateful to Jaris transportation for always going the extra mile to ensure safety, and responsibility, I never had a problem with them. Thank you so much Jaris Transportation for making it easy for single moms who work hard.

To the people who have posted your reviews, THANK YOU! Having a child with special needs, I research everything and when I received our summer bus pass it and researched the company it just reinforced my decision to continue driving our child ourselves!!!!

I too am not a customer, however I felt this needed to be documented for future customers. This morning 6/12/2012 at 8:08 a.m. on Interstate 287 south between exit 53 and 44, A Jaris Transportation vehicle labeles "School Bus" number 15 and a child in the backseat, made some of the most horrific driving manuevers I have ever seen. There is traffic every morning on that road but this driver felt the need to attempt to weave into and out of lanes as if they were in a race. Not to mention the driver had his headphones in, oblivious to the horn honks and screaching tires he left in his wake. I am in complete shock and will be reporting this to the appropriate law enforcement dept. and Jaris Transportation Co. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN TRAVEL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I'm not a customer, but I observed a driver in a vehicle labeled Jaris Transportation, Boonton, NJ "SCHOOL VEHICLE". This driver first of all nearly hit another car changing lanes without a blinker. Then I observed her driving in the rain without her lights on. The next obversation prompted this review..she was either texting or dialing her cell phone while driving in the middle lane on 287 S. She was swerving all over the lane and reduced her speed to about 45 mph in order to do this. Parents beware!!!!
