Eastern Truck Equipment

I ordered parts for my equipment with the understanding that the order would be dropped shipped from the manufacture, saving me valuable time needed so that I could do the install ASAP. I called Eastern back 4 days later to check on the ETA, and was given a tracking number that showed that the parts would be delivered the following Monday, a full week from the time I placed the order. I never received the shipment from UPS on that Monday, despite the tracking number showing it had been delivered. I called UPS and was notified that the tracking number I was given by an employee at Eastern was the incorrect tracking number. I called Eastern the following morning to get answers on where my order was, only to be told what I already learned, and that was that the tracking number I was originally given was for another customers order. Nobody at Eastern could locate my order and told me they need time to follow up and call me back. In the meantime, I called the manufacture direct about 30 minutes after talking with Eastern, and was told that Eastern just called and placed my order, and that it was not being direct shipped as requested, but being shipped to Eastern. It's now been (8) eight days sense I originally placed my order with Eastern! It’s obvious Eastern dropped the ball and was just now getting the order placed with the manufacture, and they weren't drop shipping as promised, delaying the delivery even longer. The good news is that one of the TOP DOGS at the company that the parts were being ordered from stepped up and got involved. They contacted Eastern direct and worked out the issues and I was told that they, not Eastern, were going to pay the overnight shipping so I can get working on my install. Eastern still has not called me back to explain anything about the current status of the order... Totally unprofessional, ZERO accountability! Save yourself a ton of headaches and do business elsewhere.

Avoid this place if you don't want to lose your money. You will get used equipment instead of new. Don't bother complaining, the arrogant lady owner will hang up on you anyway.
