Natural Nails

The best nail salon in the Boone area. Staff was all around helpful and diligent, environment of the salon is amazing and I;m beyond satisfied with my nails.

I went to Natural Nails yesterday. It has always been my favorite salon in Boone, despite the lengthy wait times. I waited for an hour before anyone came over to ask what I needed. Mike did my gel nails and hurt me several times with the sander. I kept pulling away and told him that he was hurting me and he laughed at me. Several times. Now all of my cuticles are extremely swollen, red, and painful. They do not value customer care as much as they pretend to with their complimentary drinks.

This is a very nice salon with very good nail technicians. However, if making an appointment and having it honored means anything to you, don't use this salon.

I love this place. The owners and employees are great. Ser ice is awesome and I definitely will be back.
