This lawyer is very rude and has no negotiating skills. She will talk down to you and your family members. Although she states her specialty is elder law, please beware that she may make suggestions to an elderly client to change their will, when that client has questionable mental status or due to age, diminished mental capacity and may not be capable of making decisions, or in our family's case, has no memory of what was done to her will. We do not recommend this lawyer.

This lawyer does not think through her actions. She does not realize that advice she may be giving will hurt family members and she does not encourage her client to notify family members that might be affected. An example is telling a client to cancel a codicil or addition to a will that was made between two family members, and not telling the elderly person that this cancelation could cause financial loss to the person who made the initial investment. She does not think through her actions and she is not family oriented. I do not recommend this lawyer for wills/family matters.
